Recently featured in Bad Bunny’s chart-topping album “Debí Tirar Más Fotos,” this marks their first visit to the U.S. after achieving significant global recognition with three of Spotify’s 50 most-streamed songs of 2025. Attendees will immerse themselves in vibrant music, lively dance, and delicious Latin cuisine, making this not just an event, but a cultural experience that supports our artistic programs.

The dual purpose of Aquí, Somos is to generate essential financial support for SRBCC’s high-quality residencies and performances while strengthening the future of independent artists who depend on our venue. With arts funding becoming increasingly unpredictable, this event is critical to sustaining SRBCC’s role as a cultural hub and ensuring that Afro-Caribbean traditions thrive in Chicago, Puerto Rico and beyond.

Acción Valerosa: Our Partner in Ciales, Puerto Rico

Part of the proceeds of this fundraiser will benefit Acción Valerosa, a non-profit in Ciales, Puerto Rico building the new Centro Cultural Yerba Bruja to continue its mission of shaping citizens through the continuous development of their abilities via education, arts, sustainable agriculture, and workforce development.
