An ad-hoc volunteer collective of local arts presenters and advocates has come together to raise funds for the Venezuelan earthquake relief. This group has curated a powerful event featuring cultural voices from across the community. All proceeds will support the local rescue and redevelopment efforts in Caracas-La Guaira resulting from this month’s devastating double Earthquakes.

The event will take place in the Segundo Ruiz Belvis Cultural Center.

Participating artists confirmed to date are: Richard Peña’s Equilibrio, La Cantera, Chicago Samba, Fuego de Cumbia, Tamanaco Tambor and the Cepillao’ Band

The organizers bring together this international chorus of voices to express solidarity with people in Venezuela who are hard hit by natural disasters.

The program will raise funds for the Venezuelan Red Cross and World Central Kitchen.

During the event, speakers will provide information on how you can help and a literature table will include educational info and other useful resources. The organizers of the concert and the artists have donated their labor to create this event. The money raised will directly support the beneficiaries. The event is ticketed with a minimum suggested donation of $25 but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. A second tier ticket at $40 will include a dinner option. The event is open to all ages with parental supervision.
