La Cantera, SRBCC's Afro-Caribbean Jazz ensemble hosts a series of jam session featuring special guests as part of Night Out in the Parks. Free Salsa Class, as well as Salsa and Bomba Showcase by SRBCC Apprentices. Bring your picnic chair and blanket!
To be held every fourth Friday of the month starting on July 26, Barrio Bugalú is not just a dance party; it's a celebration of history, a tribute to the pioneers of Latin music, and a testament to the timeless power of Afro-Caribbean rhythms to bring people together. Food and beverage available for purchase. $10 donation requested to sustain SRBCC’s Artist Fund. BYOB! Patio open. Salsa dance classes. All ages welcome.
